Privacy Policy

Account details — your name, and the email address or mobile number you sign up with. Phone sign-in is verified by SMS OTP.

Resume content — everything you type into the builder: contact details, work history, education, skills, projects, and any photo you choose to upload.

Waitlist emails — if you ask to be notified when new templates launch, we store that email address and the profession and role you had selected, so we can tell you when the right templates are ready.

Payment records — when paid downloads go live, we store the order and payment reference, the amount, and the GST component. Card, UPI and bank details are handled entirely by our payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.

Basic technical data — device and browser information and error logs, used to keep the site working.

To create your account, build and render your resume, generate AI-written content you request, process a payment when you choose to download, deliver your files, respond to support requests, and meet Indian tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your resume with recruiters, job boards, or advertisers.

Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage) and Vercel (hosting) run the service. Razorpay processes payments. OpenAI generates the AI-written sections you ask for. Resend sends transactional email. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Some of these providers store data outside India. Where that happens, it is done under the provider's standard contractual data-protection terms.

We ask for your explicit consent when you create an account, and we record whether you gave it and when. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your account — see the Data Deletion page. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer keep your resume data, so the account and its resumes are removed.

Your account and resumes are kept while your account is open, so that you can come back and re-download or edit a resume you have already paid for. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, even after account deletion. Waitlist emails are deleted once the launch they relate to has been announced, or sooner on request.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete your account and data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

Write to support@mintmyprofile.in from your registered email or mention your registered mobile number. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Act requires.

MintMyProfile is meant for job seekers aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
