Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use MintMyProfile at mintmyprofile.in.

1. What the service does
MintMyProfile helps you build a resume or marriage biodata, with optional AI assistance for writing sections. You can create and preview your document free of charge. You pay only when you want to download it without a watermark.
2. Your account
You need an account to save your work. Keep your login details to yourself — you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate contact details so we can deliver your files and reach you about a payment.
3. Pricing
Downloading a resume costs ₹99, one time, inclusive of applicable GST. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no expiry on a resume you have paid for — you can come back and download it again later at no extra cost.
We may change prices for future purchases. A change never applies retroactively to something you have already paid for.
4. Your content
Everything you enter stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, render it into your chosen template, and generate the files you ask for. You confirm that the information you enter is truthful and that you have the right to use any photo you upload.
5. AI-generated content
The AI drafts suggestions from what you tell it. It can get things wrong or phrase something in a way that does not match your actual experience. Read and edit every AI-written line before you use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your finished resume. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or that any resume will pass a particular applicant tracking system.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use MintMyProfile to impersonate someone else, to create documents that misrepresent qualifications, to upload unlawful content, or to attack, scrape, or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.
7. Our content
Template designs, the MintMyProfile name, logo, and site content belong to us. You may use the resume you generate however you like; you may not resell or redistribute our templates as templates.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features described as coming soon may change or be dropped.
9. Liability
To the extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost job opportunities or other indirect losses.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. The specific seat of jurisdiction will be confirmed here once the operating entity is registered.
